Privacy at FixMyAI
FixMyAI is designed to help you work with text and files without requiring an account. Many tools process content directly in your browser. This page explains what may be processed, how optional analytics work and what choices you have.
Text and files you work with
Text entered in the editor is held in the page and in this browser tab’s session storage so document and table tools can reuse it. The storage stays on your device and ends with the browser tab session. Document design settings and analytics consent are stored in browser local storage. Previews, table parsing, document generation, PDF rendering, image conversion and compression run in your browser. FixMyAI does not upload your pasted content or selected files to a conversion server or AI API.
Ordinary website requests
When your browser loads FixMyAI, the hosting provider receives the usual technical request information needed to serve a website, such as the requested page and network address. This is separate from the text and files you process in the tools, which are not sent in those page requests.
Clipboard actions
Copy uses your browser’s clipboard permission when you select a Copy action. Nothing is copied until you choose that action.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose Allow analytics. If enabled, FixMyAI sends page views and limited tool events such as a tool identifier, output format or predefined error category. The page path and page title identify the public site page. Analytics events never contain your pasted text, tables, filenames, document titles, file contents or raw errors. Google may also receive technical information from your browser when you visit with analytics enabled.
Your choice is stored in this browser. If you decline or later withdraw consent using Privacy settings, FixMyAI stops further analytics events, updates Google’s analytics consent to denied and disables the tag for this page. Requests already sent cannot be recalled.
Exporting documents and images
Export files are prepared on your device. For PDF, your browser opens its print dialog; FixMyAI cannot tell whether you saved a PDF. This policy will be updated if a future tool handles data differently.
